Terms and conditions

  1. Darren Michael only sell 100% genuine products. We do not sell any copies or fakes.
  2. All stock and prices are subject to availability.
  3. All prices are in UK Pounds Sterling and include VAT.  Our VAT registration number is GB 707 7592 10.
  4. We clearly show you the price you have to pay for our products.  If, by mistake, we have under-priced a product we will not have to deliver that product to you at the stated price, provided that we tell you before we post the product.  You can then decide if you still want the product.
  5. Please note special offer prices are only valid if the item is purchased at the offer price. Darren Michael will not offer a refund for items bought at a higher price when it is not on special offer.
  6. All photos are used for illustration only and are generally an image of the product. Please read carefully the exact product and packaging descriptions supplied before ordering as mistakes cannot be rectified.
  7. All complaints will be acknowledged within 7 working days, although we try to acknowledge all complaints immediately. The customer will be informed of all progress.
  8. According to the Data Protection Act 1988 we do not supply any of your details to a third party, unless you have given Darren Michael express permission to do so.
  9. Orders may be subject to extra security checks at our discretion. This may include confirmation of credit/debit card details and full address details. Darren Michael reserves the right to cancel any orders if this information cannot be supplied.
  10. Darren Michael reserves the right to deliver certain orders to the Invoice Address only. Customers will be notified by e-mail if this is the case.
  11. If Darren Michael has insufficient stock to deliver the goods ordered by you, we will notify you as soon as possible to either offer an alternative item (to the same value) or we will credit your card for the cost of the unavailable goods. Darren Michael will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
  12. Orders returned ‘Not Called For’ by Royal Mail or our courier will be refunded the cost of products upon receipt, not including postage. Customers will be notified and the order will be cancelled.
  13. Orders not received, which were despatched by standard postage, will not be deemed missing until 15 working days have passed, therefore no resend or refund will be offered until after this period. Orders dispatched outside the UK must allow 28 working days.
  14. If an order is not received you must notify Darren Michael in writing or by email within 30 days of despatch as no claim can be made after this time.
  15. Darren Michael shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
  16. In the rare event of a customer receiving an incorrect item, Darren Michael will, upon receipt of the returned incorrect item, send the correct item and refund the return postage. If the customer requires a fast replacement, Darren Michael will recharge the customer, send the correct item and on receipt of the returned incorrect item, refund the customer for the cost of their 2nd order and for their return postage.
