What To Expect - Salon Manager Role At Darren Michael Hairdressing

As a Salon Manager, your role will be diverse and include managing the team, the salon and in-salon hairdressing education.  You will be responsible for organising and incentivising our stylists and colourists, ensuring our customers are delighted with our service, maintaining salon systems and product stock levels, and overseeing our social media and communications. 

You would also be expected to liaise regularly with the salon owner on all matters relating to the business, staff and clients, and to ensure procedures are in place to attract new clients, retain existing clients and encourage lapsed clients to return.
